I have got acne on my forehead and I really want to get rid of it. I’ve had it for 3-4 years. What would you suggest and how long will it take? Thanks

I would suggest using a gentle skin cream (such as proactive or something similar) and, more importantly take an Omaga three pill (it’s ‘natural’, not perscribed or anything). Somehow (not being a doctor I can’t explain it exactly) it really helped my skin. It helps your hair and the rest of your body too.
I really suggest it. It takes about two week of about two tablets a day before it starts to work (depends on your body I guess).

oh my gosh me too 1 its only on my fore head. wat i do is make sure if u hav bangs clear them from ur face and don’t over condition ur hair cause it make ur forehead oily.i wash my face wit a cleanser with salcyic acid. then i use a toner.i got a cream from a dermetologist called zaina u puut it wear the ppimple is overnite and the it flattens it out.

I would suggest getting pro active or something like that. It will start getting rid of acne overnight and if you keep up with it can be gone within a few weeks. But that also depends on the severity of your acne of coarse. Good Luck!!! Taylor

If u r a teenager, then its normal 4 u bcz almost every teen has acne. It will be with u till when u r 18 or 19.
I m 14 and I have acne too. Well my dad makes dermatology products so he recommended me to wash my face at least 10 times a day with soap. Before I had alot; but by doing this, it has reduced.
